These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are an agreement between JR Group Ltd, trading as JR Cleaning & Removals (“Company”), and you (“User” or “Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the website www.jrgroupltd.co.uk and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).
Accounts and membership
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and use our Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. General cleaning and removal services provided by the Company may require payment before the service is provided. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). In addition to any fees, you may be required to pay applicable taxes in connection with your use of our Services. We reserve the right to change our prices and fees at any time without notice. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.
Content, intellectual property, and user submissions

When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
